The Story Behind Broken Road Productions

Broken Road Productions, LLC is an artist and talent management company founded from a genuine love of country music and a desire to support talented artists on their journey. What started as a shared passion between Neil and Carleen Sparkman has grown into a thriving music management company based in Midlothian, Texas.

With decades of experience in business, creativity, and music, the Sparkmans bring heart and dedication to every project.

Their love of music, live country music in particular, inspired them to begin BRP and invest in their first artist in 2022. Since then, Broken Road Productions has expanded to manage multiple country recording artists while continuing to champion authentic country sound, meaningful songwriting, and unforgettable live performances.

Carleen is a Professional Organizer and Decorator and is also a Songwriter.
