the Sparkmans

Neil and Carleen have been married for over 25 years. They live in Midlothian, Texas, and have been fans of live music for many years.

Neil is a successful business owner, operating multiple aircraft-related management and maintenance businesses, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He currently serves as Director of Veteran Community Engagement at Sgt. 2Step Foundation (May 2025 – Present), a nonprofit organization that uses music as a powerful tool to serve veterans and honor Gold Star families.

Carleen is a Professional Organizer and Decorator and is also a Songwriter.

 Their love of music, live country music in particular, inspired them to begin BRP and invest in their first artist in 2022.
